As a qualified beauty therapist, educator and hair & make up artist, Kristy holds a backstage pass to some of the most glamorous red-carpet events in Australia. Over the past 5 years Kristy has worked as an extension of the Crown Resorts team –providing hair & make up services for their staff & patrons across exclusive events.

Most recently Kristy has personally trained Qantas NZ premium guest customer service agents on workplace grooming expectations.
